Your travel package include one Destination per Group.

1. Once your vacation package has been activated, you can make your hotel reservation by calling our exclusive reservation department where one of our operators would gladly provide you all the information you need in order to request your vacations. Please keep in mind that some destinations require an additional payment at the time of reservation.

2. When you contact the reservations department, please have ready the following information: date of birth, and the occupations of all that will travel with you.

3. We cordially remind you that you must contact us 30 days prior to the departure day in low season, and 60 – 90 days during high season, holydays or special days, in addition you must inform us the exact day that you will be traveling. If for any reason you can not comply with these requirements, you must make the payment for the reservation at the same office where you make the original reservation.

Terms and Conditions for discounts packages

 Considering this as a promotion under priced, the travel destinies could be changed, delayed, modified or eliminated without previous advice.

1. AGE: In order to receive this offer, one of the travelers must be at least 21 years old.

2. LODGING: Lodging in hotels with all inclusive it covers: all national meals and all national alcoholic drinks. In hotels without all inclusive it covers solely lodging. In all hotel stays does not include: gratuities, motorized aquatic sports, telephone calls and all personal expenses.

3. CREDIT CARD: All hotels and/or car rental companies require presentation of a valid credit card to guarantee expenses non-covered by this offer.

4. GUIDED EXCURSION: As requirement of this promotion, the users of this vacational plan must attend a guided excursion that will take either part of the morning or afternoon. Of not attending, the hotel will charge regular rate to customer’s credit card. At the time of the excursion you must fulfill the following requirements: A) 21 years or older. B) Household annual income equal or superior to USD $40.000 C) Attend upon this excursion with your spouse. D) and present a valid credit card.

5. ACTIVATION: All vacation plans must be activated upon receiving. Once you activate your vacations you will be able to reserve calling to our reservations Department (Phone: 305.593.8998 or Fax: 305.593.8995). After your vacation is activated you'll be able to use it for a period of 18 months.

6. RESERVATIONS: In order to guarantee availability of asked dates for travel it is required to make your reservation within 30 days prior to date of departure. During high season, holidays, special conventions and other dates 90 days are required to process reservations. IMPORTANT: In season the hotel rates could vary.

7. LIMIT OF RESPONSIBILITY: This offer is not valid where its prohibited by state or federal law, Mega travel does not assume responsibility by written or verbal representations done by agents and/or distributors who ensure other than the above terms. Mega travel acts only as a promotional agent of the Hotels, Resorts, Condominiums, Car Rental, Cruises and others that participate in this program; and is not responsible for delays, losses, accidents, damages or others.

8. VACATIONAL BONUSES: You will be able to enjoy your vacational bonuses only after you have used your vacational plan. You can use this bonus at any time, either in the same vacation or after your first or second trip within the stipulated term of 18 months.

9. VACATION TRANSFER: This vacational plan can be transferred to one third person as a gift. This person must fulfill all the terms and conditions previously stipulated.
